Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade: Whisk yogurt, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and spices together in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Coat the Chicken: Add chicken cutlets to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 8-12 hours.
  3. Prepare for Cooking: Remove chicken from refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature. Preheat oven to 425°F or heat olive oil in frying pan.
  4. Cook the Chicken (Pan-Frying): Place chicken in hot oil, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown with an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. Cook the Chicken (Baking): Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Cook the Chicken (Air Frying): Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Cook chicken in a single layer for 7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature hits 165°F.
