- Boil 4 cups of purified water in a medium saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat and add the organic raspberry leaf tea sachets. Allow to steep for 5–10 minutes until amber in color. Cool to room temperature.
- In a separate saucepan, combine 1.5 cups of water with sliced peaches, light honey, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the peaches soften and syrup thickens. Strain the syrup through a fine strainer.
- Pour the cooled peach syrup into the brewed tea and mix thoroughly. Adjust the sweetness with more honey if desired.
- Serve chilled over ice, garnished with fresh peach slices or lemon wedges.
