For the Shrimp and Asparagus
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque.
  4. Add asparagus to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  5. Finish with lemon zest before serving.
