Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  3. Mix together the zucchini, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 to 6 portions and shape into bagels, making a hole in the center.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle cheese, sesame seeds, or poppy seeds on top before baking.
  6. Arrange bagels on the tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving warm with toppings.
